Terms of Service
The terms that apply to this website and to our job-management software — and, just as importantly, where they stop and your signed proposal takes over.
Last updated 8 September 2026 · Keystone Premier LLC, Texas
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to the private job-management application Keystone Premier LLC runs on it. By browsing the site, sending us an enquiry through it, or signing in to the application, you agree to them.
They are not a construction contract, and they do not govern work we perform at your property. That relationship is governed by the written proposal you sign, and where the two differ, the signed proposal wins.
The website is not a quote
Everything on this website — service descriptions, the process pages, any figure or timeline mentioned anywhere on it — is general information about how we work. None of it is a binding offer, a price, or a commitment to a schedule.
A price becomes real when we have visited your property, understood the scope, and put a written proposal in front of you. Nothing before that point is a quote, however specific it sounds.
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take the work. We may decline a job, and you are free to go elsewhere at any point before you sign.
The information you send us
When you contact us, please give us accurate information. We schedule site visits based on the address and details you provide, and a wasted trip costs both of us a morning.
Do not send us anything confidential or sensitive through the contact form. It is a way to start a conversation, not a secure channel.
How we handle what you do send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Work at your property
We coordinate the trades on your job and we put our name on the result. Every subcontractor we bring onto your property is vetted, and we maintain certificates of insurance for every active subcontractor.
Keystone Premier LLC carries insurance. We do not represent that we hold any contractor licence, and where a particular trade requires one, that requirement sits with the subcontractor performing that trade — we verify their credentials before assigning work.
The scope of any job, what it costs, when it happens, and what happens if it changes are all set out in your signed proposal and any change orders to it. Nothing on this website alters those documents.
Using our job-management software
Keystone Premier LLC runs a private job-management application on this domain to operate our own business — leads, jobs, subcontractors, invoices and the records behind them. It is not a public product. It is not sold, rented or licensed to anyone else, and there is no public sign-up.
Access is limited to Keystone Premier LLC and the people we authorise. If we have given you an account, you may use it for Keystone Premier business only, for as long as we authorise it, and you may not share your sign-in with anyone. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the application, try to reach data or accounts that are not yours, or use it in any way that breaks the law or interferes with it working for everybody else.
We may change, suspend or withdraw access at any time, and your access ends when your authorisation does. The application is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, and the limitation of liability below applies to it exactly as it applies to this website.
Our QuickBooks connection
Our job-management application can connect to Keystone Premier LLC's own QuickBooks Online company, so that the invoices and payments QuickBooks already holds can be seen against the job they belong to.
That connection reads from QuickBooks. The application does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks — our invoicing is done in QuickBooks and stays there.
We authorise that connection ourselves from inside QuickBooks, and it reaches our own accounting data. We use it for one purpose — keeping our books and our job records in step. We do not sell that data, share it with anyone else, or use it for advertising.
Whoever authorised the connection can end it at any time, either from the settings page inside the application or from the Apps section of QuickBooks Online. When it ends we stop accessing QuickBooks and we delete the access credentials we were holding.
Intuit and QuickBooks are trademarks of Intuit Inc. We are not affiliated with Intuit beyond being a QuickBooks customer and the registered developer of this private connection.
The content on this site
The text, layout, logo and name on this website belong to Keystone Premier LLC. You are welcome to read it, share a link to it, and print a page for your own use. You may not republish it as your own.
Some photographs on this site are stock images used to illustrate the kinds of work we perform. They are not photographs of our own completed projects unless the site says so.
Links and third-party services
This website runs on infrastructure and services provided by other companies, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of a website we merely link to.
Availability
We try to keep this website up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or always be current. Service areas, offerings and details change, and a page may be out of date before we get to it.
If something here matters to a decision you are making, call us and confirm it rather than relying on the page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Keystone Premier LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it.
This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit our responsibility for work we actually perform at your property — that is governed by your signed proposal and by applicable law, and nothing here is an attempt to sign away liability for our own workmanship.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the website after that means the updated terms apply to you.
