Keystone Premier exists because property owners in DFW deserved better than the fragmented, finger-pointing contractor experience most of them had accepted as normal.
Why I started Keystone
Early in my career I worked every side of the trades — I have done landscape grading in clay soil, I have framed additions, pulled wire, and set tile. That breadth was not accidental. I wanted to understand every scope a property might need so I could manage it correctly.
After more than a decade working commercial and high-end residential jobs across the Metroplex, the pattern I kept seeing was the same: homeowners with beautiful properties being handed from contractor to contractor, each one blaming the last for whatever went wrong. There was no one with enough expertise to coordinate all of it and enough character to own the result.
That gap is why Keystone Premier exists. One company, one standard, one relationship. You call me. I handle the rest.
